The Next Steps Reentry Program offers support for individuals reentering our community after incarceration or involvement with the justice system. We focus on second chances, stability, and long-term success—because everyone deserves a path forward.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Next Steps Program is designed to support individuals who are reentering the community after incarceration. Our goal is to reduce recidivism and help you build a successful, healthy future through support, education, and empowerment.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS Participants must:
  1. Be recently released from incarceration or rehab (within the last 6–12 months).
  2. Commit to a minimum of 12-week program participation.
  3. Complete a full intake and needs assessment.
  4. Attend weekly workshops and monthly check-ins.
  5. Set and work toward personalized SMART goals (housing, employment, sobriety, etc.).
  6. Maintain sober living status (if applicable).
  7. Meet regularly with a mentor, case manager, or peer support leader.
  8. Complete a post-program plan and follow-up check-ins for 6–12 months.
