Empowering teens to live above the influence by Educating, Advocating, and preventing Substance Abuse and promoting positive mental health 

The Graves County Agency for Substance Abuse Youth Council is a group for High School Students in the Graves County-Mayfield Area who are passionate about making a difference in the community. The Youth Council meets once a month to discuss activites and community outreach.
