For Olivia, music is more than just background noise, it’s a way to take care of her mental health. When she’s stressed or overwhelmed, she turns up her favorite songs and lets the music help her reset and recharge. Listening to music gives Olivia a healthy outlet to release stress and start fresh, no matter what the day has brought. Remember: coping skills come in all forms. Finding what helps you feel calm and centered is the key.

Empowering teens to live above the influence by Educating, Advocating, and preventing Substance Abuse and promoting positive mental health

The Mayfield–Graves ASAP Youth Council empowers teens to live above the influence by educating, advocating, and preventing substance abuse, while also promoting positive mental health. We are a passionate group of high school students from Graves County and Mayfield working to create change right here at home.
